Change your home business mindset and have success unlimited

By John Wallen

To build a successful network in your home business, your mind-set is the most important thing you will need. Learning how to think and how to act is crucial for survival. If you don't master this, you will come across as either desperate or needy with prospects instead of a leader that knows what their doing.

Simply put, when you have a firm grip on this mind-set, you will see a big difference in a short time with the growth of your business. But I must warn you as your network becomes larger, you will start to hear those faint voices. And as your network keeps building, the voices start to become many and louder.

The sounds of the doubter's will begin, their voices forming words like. " I know it's been only a month, but I'm not getting results." "I'm not sponsoring like I thought would happen." "I thought I wasn't suppose to have to lift a finger with this system." It slowly begins as whimpers, then your ear's begin to ring from the shear volume getting louder each day. The virus is speedily spredding, the virus of doubt.

All I can tell you is, if you want your business to survive, you need to remember that you are not responsible for your distributor's success. They are. Your only job is to focus on building your business and lead by example. Do not allow the doubter's to enter your world.

You need to understand the majority of your team will not be successful, and there's nothing you can do about it. Once your team becomes larger and larger, eighty percent of your group will not succeed. It has nothing to do with you, that's just the law of averages at work.

The other twenty percent will learn your skill's and build their business. Learn to deal with the emotions of the others, just prepare ahead to handle it. When they keep going on, politely tell them you will not work with them and their attitude, and then do not have any kind of communication with them until you think they have made a change.

I would never kid anyone about this, and some would think it's rude, but it is not. Do you want anyone to destroy your focus, sabatoge your dreams? Of course not, this would be the last thing anyone would want. So it's important to lead by example, you set the bar and the rules. Don't let the doubtful behavior penetrate into your thoughts and ruin a good thing.

As leaders start to identify themselves on your team, have this talk with them, and let them know they will have to deal with this doubter's virus as well. There will always be competition. My suggestion is to get everyone on the same page with a marketing system that works, and is duplicatable. It will save you a ton of teaching time with your team.
