Yes there are a few of these websites out there to help you connect with others that want what you have. The best part is you can place your ads for free. No fees like on E-bay, or other auction sites. Just type up your ad and post it.

If you have a service to offer the public such as house painting or landscaping you can advertise locally online for free and get jobs. If you are a web designer, photographer or writer or offer any others home based service, you can advertise in the free classifieds.

Employers can find employees for free, which is a good way to save on overhead. Prospective employees can submit their resumes and you can find the one that best suits your needs and it can all be done online before you call them up for an interview. This saves time for you as the employer as you will not be asking people in for interviews that do not meet your qualifications.

An employer can post a help wanted ad and reach a large audience of qualified workers. This is a good way to save on your overhead, as you do not have to pay to post a job that needs filled.
