5 Steps to Cloning a Profitable Niche Market

By Mark Bishop

I'd like to share with you a simple little formula for turning your niche marketing efforts it to guaranteed profits. The method I frequently use is simply a legal form of cloning successful websites. Anyone can use to this idea to generate an almost instant profit over and over again.

This method is very well suited to new niche marketers, because it offers the quickest return on investment and time, don't get me wrong here I'm not suggesting that you steal other peoples work here, I'm just showing you a very quick way that you can start profiting from your efforts as soon as possible with your first project.

The word cloning as far as Internet marketing goes is normally associated with mirroring a site down to the last detail which is outright plagiarism, and should not be attempted. The method of cloning I'll be showing you is based on finding a successful competitor and then using their methods, copy style, marketing strategy and overall look . Basically I'm going skim over this method to quickly show you how to find a profitable niche market and then utalise the best bits of your successful competitors marketing strategy and apply it to your own business.

Please remember this is legal, Here's how you can implement this method, to begin with your going to need to find a niche market, an area of a larger market which is being under-served by most of the bigger websites, you might already have an idea or an interest which you can exploit, but if not don't worry, everything here is very easy to accomplish.

Step 1

As I said a great place to start might be with your own interest's or hobbies, this is not crucial to the method it just makes things go a little quicker in many cases. If you don't have any ideas your going to need to surf the web a little to find a couple of interesting ideas for your first niche market, here's how

Step 2

For this first piece of research, your going to need to use a free piece on web based software, so I suggest you open another window and enter 'Google keywords tool' in the search bar. Enter your niche keyword, phrase or interest into the software and search. The software tool will return a list of relative keywords to your original input. Look through the new list for something that you think might like to do more research into, or perhaps something that you may have seen before, it doesn't really matter to much at this point as you will probably need to carry out many of these searches until you find something which looks profitable. Whatever you do don't jump straight in to the first thing you find

Step 3.

Hopefully at this point you will have found an area to work in, a keyword or phase, now open another window and enter that keyword or phrase into Google and do a search, in my experience you should be looking for a market of not more than around 150,000 web-sites, on the right hand side of your screen you should make sure there are some sponsored ad's, these are google PPC listings and are crucial to this method. There should be at least five sponsored listings to make the niche viable. Take a look at your competitors websites to establish what they are actually selling.

Step D.

The next step you will need to carry out is whether your potential niche market is profitable, I'll cover this point soon. At this point and for further research into whether your new niche will prove profitable you will need to download the free version of a software called 'Traffic travis'. Traffic Travis offer a free and a paid version of their software, but for now just stick with the free option as it will suffice for what we need to accomplish here. Follow the video tutorials which accompany the traffic travis software and enter your keyword or phrase into the software as instructed.

Following this procedure will show you how many people are bidding on those keywords in the PPC market. This procedure is just to determine if people are willing to consistently pay money to have their ad appear for those keywords, this is a great tool for spying on your competitors as it not only shows you which keywords are obviously profitable, plus the complete list of keywords your they are using to market their website!.

Step 5.

When your happy with your potential niche market, and have established that it may be profitable, you will have to find a product which you can brand, that matches your competition's product closely, you might even want to put your own product together, if so you can pretty much build an ebook from scratch by visiting forum and researching their questions and answers, this can take some time so for this example and for speed I'm going to suggest finding a suitable PLR book which you can alter to your specific needs. You need to find a PLR product which allows you to edit, re-brand, or alter in any way you wish. The PLR license you require should look something like this:

100% FULL Unrestricted PLR Rights License,

[Yes] Has Sales Page

[Yes] Can be given away.

[Yes] Can be packaged.

[Yes] Can be offered as a bonus.

[Yes] Can Be Edited Completely and Your Name Put on it.

[Yes] Can be used as web content

[Yes] Can be broken down into articles

[Yes] Can be added to paid membership sites

[Yes] Can be offered through auction sites.

[Yes] Can sell Resale Rights

[Yes] Can sell Master Resale Rights

[Yes] Can sell Private Label Rights

PLR products are redily avalible, there are monthly subscriptions for plr products, but you don't really need to sign up for one of these, I've actually baught huge packeges from a very well known auction site, the quality doesn't have to be the best as you can ad to the text. I suggest you de-construct your new PLR product and then re-write bits of the book, and also add to it, you will need to make it fresh, so dump any promotional items which came with your packege. You will need a new e-cover, some quality graphics and a header to use on your new site, you can download this great piece of free software here:

***Link removed in order to comply with article publishing guidelines***

Free header software download here:

**LINK REMOVED**

Once you've stitched together your new ebook and put your name as the author, re-designed the cover header and graphics you need a good sales page. How do you get your sales page for your new niche market product?..easy, visit a your competition, read the copy and see which one draws you in, take note of what makes that page work, now copy & paste into a notepad.

Make the sales copy relevant to your own product but don't copy it word for word, as this is plagiarism and illegal. However you alter the text be careful not to disrupt the flow of the copy, keep things as close as possible to the original copy, without actually stealing or plagiarizing it.

To market your new niche product I suggest you closely monitor what methods your competitors are using and copy it, remember Internet marketing for most of us is not about re-inventing the wheel. Do what works and you know you will make money.

Now go and make yourself some money the easy way.
