Skip The IM Market - Dan Kennedy Information Marketing Secret

By Neeraj Varma

Within three years of starting to market Clickbank affiliate products, Dylan Loh has a six-figure per month income. One of the keys to his success is to not focus on selling Internet marketing products.

Rob Toth interviewed Dylan as part of Dan Kennedy's Info Riches course promotion. He interviewed the top information marketers in a series called "Future Of Information Marketing".

Dylan strongly believes that marketing Internet marketing products will become more and more competitive. It's really becoming crowded as people discover that it is possible to make a good income from the Internet.

More people can enter the market and be successful. "The pie is definitely big enough", says Dylan. But "with three or four launches in the same week and sometimes in the same day it's increasingly competitive", says Dylan.

"It's relatively easier in non-Internet-marketing niches", says Dylan. If you look real hard in Clickbank you will find lots and lots of good niche products to promote. Dylan says "my philosophy is that I always get them (new clients) to start off in the other niches then it's easier to enter and get the feel of it". After they have achieved some success they can go back to the Internet marketing niche if they want.

When people think of doing business on the Internet they start looking for information on the subject. They get on some lists and all they ever see is Internet marketing products being promoted. This is because they are being targeted for that niche. They are being sold Internet marketing products over and over again because they aer interested in that field.

But that's where a lot of people get stuck. They might venture out in some other niche for a short time, but they are being pulled back into the Internet marketing niche because that's what they are consuming. "There are so many other niches that no one is paying attention to", says Dylan.

People need to focus on one niche, become successful (or not) THEN move on to another niche. Start off with a non-Internet-marketing niche to get your feet wet. After you become successful in other niches you can go back to the Internet marketing niche and you will find success much easier.

The key is to take action and focus. "Don't over-analyze the situation." It's better to get a little understanding and just get started. Take small steps as you are learning. When you start to find some success, spend more time and money on what is working. Drop what is not working. You'll neve learn if you don't get started. "Don't spend so much time trying to think of all the possible ways to be perfect", says Dylan.

Generate Targeted Leads

By Jeff Dedrick

It's always best when considering to market your business through email, direct mail or telephone marketing to generate your own leads. It's not as hard as it may appear to be to generate leads. There are a variety of ways that you can have leads generated that are both targeted and responsive. Always remember that the true success of your business relies on being able to continuously get a flow of new clients. One of the best ways to acquire new clients is through lead generation.

Permission based email marketing is one of the best ways to generate leads. There are many companies who offer you the ability to purchase or rent their leads with the option to market to the leads for a specified price. For example, you can purchase thousands of leads within a specific category, and you will receive a link to download those leads once they have been fully generated. In most cases, the leads are generated through co-registration email services.

Co-registration is simply where you are able to have your ad displayed on a website, where as a visitor to the website views your ad which has the option for them to opt-in to receive more information about your product or service. The ad displayed appears with a check box, that the visitor checks. Once that box is checked, and the visitor enters their name, email address and any other information that is required, the visitor is saved as a lead, and that's a new lead that has been generated.

You can generate leads on your own as well by giving visitors to your website the option to opt-in to receive further information on your products or services. It's always wise to have a registration box, which includes the option for the user to enter the name and email address, so that they can subscribe to further updates regarding your services. By having this option on your website, you are generating targeted leads.

How Not To Damage Your Reputation When Prospecting Warm Market

By MLMAbsolute

Doing any kind of business involves dealing with people. People is the source of business. they are the demand. Especially in the Network Marketing / MLM industry. Many new distributors turn to their close friends and relative for support in their new business. This is common as this group of people will probably be the most supportive of you.

But you need to approach them in a proper manner so that they don't feel pressurized and will support you in your business. You should reference the following points to make sure you close the sale without losing them.

You can start the meeting by warming thing up. Ask questions about how them, e.g. how's work, how did their kids fare in school, etc. Follow by updating them about yourself. You can tell them that you just joined this fantastic company, and cant wait to share about it with them.

Always conduct your presentation face-to-face. Arrange for a meeting, you can visit them at their work place or their homes, just make sure you inform them of your intention to drop by. If you are meeting them for lunch, you could offer to pay for the lunch, though it is not necessary, it shows some sincere.

Before you take out your sales kit and start your presentation, warm your prospect up warm or cold market by asking about them, their work or family.

Show them your progress in the company, and give them reassurance that you are serious in the business and is here to stay. Follow with the introduction of the product or business opportunity.

Even if they don't buy your idea in the end, you should update them your progress in the company and any new product launches or offers. Send them updates via text message, direct mail to their address or an email.

If during the presentation, they are unconvinced or they show disapproval of the company or products, you should never argue. Listen to what they say, respect their opinions. If if the end you did not manage to convince them, leave it. Don't try to bring up the topic of selling or business opportunity anymore. Just give them regular updates mentioned in the previous point.

After while, they may see your commitment in the business, some may actually support you by purchasing the product or even join you in the business.

Using Article Submitting To Builld Links

By Dan Duvano

More than likely you've heard quite a bit about link building. After all, it's one of the top Search Engine Optimization (SEO) practices out there today. While there are many other SEO practices, to build up your rankings in the search engines and drive more traffic to your website, link building is truly one of the top ways that you can do this.

It's important to build great links to your site, and many people are realizing how important link building is and are using link building services to help get the links that they need. However, when it comes to link building, one of the top methods out there is using article submissions.

You may be wondering, what are articles submissions? Well, essentially this works by you writing articles, or having someone else write them, that have to do with topics related to your website. Then you simply submit them to various article directories. At the bottom of the articles you are permitted to use a resource box that includes a call to action, you name, information about you, and even links to your site.

Benefits of Article Submissions

The ongoing popularity of submitting articles as a method of link building is due to the fact that article submissions also produce many other benefits aside from links.

If you're not sure that this is a top method for you, let's take a closer look at some of the main benefits that you can experience by using article submissions for link building.

Benefit #1 - Build Up Your Reputation

According to the quality of your writing, people will start to recognize your name and think of you as something of an expert on your topic. Assuming your articles are good, more people will reprint them on their own websites and your name will get increasing amounts of recognition.

Given the impersonal nature of the internet, if people learn to trust and respect you first, they are far more likely to be happy to buy from you. In this way article submissions not only produce links, but also make your conversion rate increase.

Reason #2 - Advertise For Pennies

Article submissions, a link building method often used by link building services, also have the benefit of working like cheap advertising. Many article directories are totally free to use, and if you write the articles yourself, you'll only spend a bit of time on this type of advertising. Even if you pay someone else to write the article, you'll still find that this is a cheap method of advertising your site, not to mention link building.

Number three benefit - A superb method of marketing

Aside from being submitted to article directories, your article will then find its way into all kinds of places. People will republish them in ezines, blogs, static sites and more - all of which will continue to brand you and your site, as well as providing backlinks. The more your article grows, the better for you and your marketing efforts.

How Article Submission Builds Your Links

So now we've covered some of the other benefits of article submissions above, it's time to come back to how it actually builds links to your sites. The main way is that at the end of each article there is what is commonly referred to as a resource box. In the resource box you write a brief blurb about the author and of course, include a link to the authors website (yours).

When people republish this article, wherever they do, they have to include the resource box and therefore provide you with yet one more link. In this way the number of links you have keeps growing organically.

So, it's easy to see why link building services often turn to article submissions. It's an excellent method that you can easily use to build links. It's cost effective, easy to get started, and it really works. If you are interested in building up links to your site, then consider trying out this method for excellent results you can count on.

How to integrate internet communication online

By Zach Halon

The issue of internet advertising effectiveness is part of the broader question about the effectiveness of advertising in general. As a result, internet advertising effectiveness should be examined in a similar fashion as traditional advertising.

However, internet advertising is different from traditional advertising in that the internet has capacities to extend the function of advertising far beyond what traditional media are able to accomplish. Consumers can click on a banner ad for an e-book, check the table of contents or review others' comments, place an order, and download the e-book to their computers, all through the internet. None of traditional advertising media could offer such a combined channel capacity of communication, transaction and distribution.

The expanded function of internet advertising comes from its horizontal integration of three key marketing channel capacities (communication, transaction and distribution) and vertical integration of marketing communications, including advertising, public relations, sales promotion and direct marketing. In order to better understand the effectiveness of internet advertising, therefore, we must examine unique characteristics of the internet advertising formats and develop new criteria by which the effectiveness of internet advertising can be assessed.

The internet provides the means for "interaction" between buyers and sellers to such a degree that some have suggested this is the defining characteristic of the internet. This interaction can be human-machine, machine-machine and human message; among others.

Interactive Communication refers to human-message interaction where the user relates to and, in some cases, modifies the message with which he/she is interacting. Clicking on banner ad represents a low level of interaction of this nature while choosing an ending among many for an online movie represents a higher level of interactive communication with a message.

Interactive Media on the other hand, refers to a carrier of messages which provides for the possibility of interaction with messages conveyed in that medium. So, the internet including the Web is an interactive medium which provides for the possibility of interactive communication with messages. However, the internet is of many interactive media. Mobile phones and interactive kiosk are also interactive media.

However, the convergence which is rapidly taking place between notebook computers, personal digital assistants, mobile phones, and cable television make such distinctions less clear. While it may be the case that any discussion of advertising effectiveness in general will apply to the internet, it may also be the case that any departures from general understanding of advertising effectiveness issues may be due to the special characteristics of interactivity associated with the internet. In particular, there has been a special interest in delineating advertiser-controlled versus consumer-controlled aspects of the internet stemming from interaction issues.
