The names of the former YTB International agents are Faye Morrison and Kwame Thompson. Filed in the Illinois Federal Court, there are more than one thousand other litigants.
MOR Vacations rescues YTB representatives who want to continue building a profitable business.
The lawsuit states that YTB International "purports to sell travel services, but their business is primarily based upon inducement of additional persons to serve as "travel agents."
The compensation requested by the YTB litigants is set at $100 million.
YTB faces another $15 million dollar litigation brought on by the CA Attorney General.
