Let's face it, we both want the same thing for our website in the long-term spectrum of things. We want to be able to handle lots of traffic without our site ever going down. We also want to know that there is someone we can chat with if an emergency were to occur.
Only use what you really need when it comes to picking a webhosting company. You will see many hosts offer a variety of features that may sound nice, but when it comes down to it, you will probably never use them. Only pay for what you actually need.
