A program called The Berry Tree prides itself on guarantying all its members success. The hungry ones do it quickly, the passive ones do as well, but over a period of time. Keeping passive members motivated is one of life's mysteries, however it can be done - simply serve them. Sometimes paying $55.95 on a health product each month isn't enough,the passive members like to build their business but have little interest in sharing an opportunity. You do it for them, and its not as difficult as you would think.
Since June 1st 2008 Berry Tree had a complete make over. Whilst backed by an 8 year old debt free company Nutronix, Berry Tree had just passed its initial 12 months in business. Having joined back in June of 2007 I saw plenty of potential but noted some deficiencies, all of which appear to be have been addressed this month. The next 12 months will be interesting.
Motivating people to stay the distance has to be backed by substance. You could sell your way, which is both unethical, bad taste and plainly wrong or you present genuine incentives that actually work and are a value add. Serving others is the greatest motivating tool I know. Everyone loves to be served, do it right with a happy heart, provide knowledge and a "how to" its a win for all.
Berry Tree claim to build your business, and they do. The last 12 months have netted 6 FREE Credits. Reach 10 and your at their entry commission level Bronze. This is only 1 stream, there are multiple streams with Berry Tree. You want to earn 10K + plus, work hard, 50K + a month, work harder and smarter. Prefer to remain passive and have others build, it takes longer but you do get there.
8000 members in 12 months may see modest. The company rather optimistically believe they can reach 200,000 by June 2009. I am a positive soul, but feel 50,000 is a more realistic expectation. The new compensation plan certainly will and is creating plenty of interest, and as numbers increase the payouts grow. The lower or entry level Bonus Pool -- Bronze currently pay $5 per active member, to be shared equally amongst Bronze members.
A myriad of income streams are available to all members, the recently introduced 2x2 matrix appears to be a winner, certainly with me as it genuinely fosters a serve like attitude. Assist others, go the extra yard resulting in a win for all.
