I offer my Congratulations to you because you have just found a way to own a water-to-energy converter for your car. My name is Steven M. The next best thing - but 15 to 60(!) times cheaper - is to convert your existing car to a WATER HYBRID. That is, you leave the engine in there, unmodified or mostly unmodified, and you boost it up with water. Yes, it IS possible! And fairly easy.
